With over three decades of experience heading cross-functional teams, he has partnered with global leaders to solve complex organizational challenges and unlock potential. His leadership philosophy centers on building high-performing teams, developing future-ready talent, and nurturing inclusive, purpose-led workplace cultures.

He is particularly passionate about HR Technology, DEI, mentoring, leadership and high-performing team development, executive coaching, long-term incentives, the future of work, and reimagining workplaces to become agile and resilient. He is currently developing AI applications for Human Resources.

Dr. Alan Richter

Dr. Richter is the founder and president of QED Consulting. He has consulted to corporations and organizations including CERN, NASA and the UN, many Fortune 500 Global companies, such as American Express, AXA, BP, BDO, ConEdison, Deloitte,Unilever, etc for many years in multiple capacities, primarily in the areas of leadership, ethics and values, diversity, inclusion, culture and change. He has worked in over 60 countries and is a recognized pioneer in both the diversity & inclusion and business ethics fields.

Alan is the co-creator of the Global Diversity Survey, the Global Gender Intelligence Assessment, the Global Leadership Survey, The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks and The Global Ethics & Integrity Benchmarks. He also co-produced Global Words for Global Leaders – an inspirational leadership video, and co-authored Lost in Cyberspace -a team-decision based tool that explores the nature of global virtual teams.

Dr. Lata suresh

With over three decades of experience in administration, teaching, research, and management,
Dr Lata currently serve as Head – Knowledge Resource Centre and Head–IP&CC at the Indian
Institute of Corporate Affairs (MCA, Govt. of India). She is also a Commonwealth Professional
Fellow (University of Birmingham, UK). Her work focuses on strategic leadership, policy
implementation, program development, training, and driving collaboration across departments.
She has contributed nationally and globally, particularly in integrating innovative IT solutions to
strengthen academic and knowledge systems

Gayathri Sharma

Communications leader with 25 years’ diverse experience in leadership roles at both Corporates and PR Agencies. Led corporate reputation, digital/ brand PR, internal communications and crisis mandates for companies across industries such as: FMCG, Auto, Retail, Financial Services, F&B, Pharma, Energy, Technology, Aerospace & Defence. Steering Community Investment/ CSR strategy and programme management are also key strengths, as well as areas of keen interest.

Suchitra Rajendra

Suchitra Rajendra is a leadership and executive coach with 30+ years of global HR leadership experience across India, Asia, Australia, and Europe. She has held senior roles including CHRO at PepsiCo India and Asia, Head of HR for PepsiCo’s North and South Asia regions, and Country Head & MD of Colt Technology India. A certified ICF (ACC) coach, she has enabled CEOs and CXOs through leadership transitions, cultural transformation, and talent strategy. She currently serves as an Independent Director at HT Media and The Hi-Tech Gears, advises NGOs supporting youth and children with disabilities, and is a committed practitioner of yoga and meditation.
